Espiritu Del Universo is a sacred plants incense, inspired by natural smudging plants and herbs. Each stick is pressed together and hand-rolled with bamboo and contains only natural and organic ingredients including Copal, herbs, and spices.
Light the incense, with both hands, bring the smoke into your heart, over your head and down the front and back of your body to cleanse yourself. Then move room to room and, starting with the lowest level of your space, use your hand or feather to waft the smoke into all four corners, where the ceiling and walls meet. Then, direct the smoke out through windows or doorways.
